Admissions Checklist

Tour
[   ] Call to sign up for a School Tour and Open House.

Application for Admission
[   ] Complete Application for Admission (both sides) and send with the application fee of $50. 
[   ] Please attach a family photograph.
[   ] Please enclose copies of any current reports from specialists and any other educational or psychological evaluations you may have.

Records Release
[   ] Sign and send Records Release to student’s current school.

Testing
[   ] Grades 3 and above, please call the Educational Records Bureau (ERB), (212) 672-9800, to   arrange for testing. 
Kindergarten - grade 2 (not required), however, please have ERB send results if tests were already taken.

Interview Process
Once we receive your application and fee, we will contact you to schedule the following:

Financial Aid
